I have replaced both Printheads on Hp Deskjet Pro 8500. w/ print head error ky. Will not clear.

Are you referring to the HP Officejet pro 8500?

You may also refer to the steps from this document.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
