I have an issue with a HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus printer, it is stuck in an infinite error loop.  Upon booting, after the HP logo it shows an error C0260000 momentarily and then drops to a message "Print Error - Please turn Printer Off and then On" on the mini screen and the surrounding lights flash in unison with it.  Upon restarting it does the same repeatedly.

I've tried:

- Disconnection from power for 1 hour and retrying, still I get the same issues upon trying again.

- Attempted to see the printer on the network with the "HP Smart" iOS app and it does not appear there, was attempting to factory reset.  Although I can see the device with my iOS WiFi network tool in system preferences.

- I do see the printer on the network with a "arp -a" check from the command line as well when it is power is on, though it doesn't respond to HTTP requests.  Was also trying this to do a factory reset.

None of what I've tried helped at all.

I've also found this post in support here from a few years ago - I suspect I have the same issue as this user, it sounds the same: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Officejet-Pro-8600-White...  So perhaps that ticket is a quick way to a solution here, but I cant tell as the HP rep took the discussion to private messages in it.

Thanks in advance for any help!
