HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Drucker - N911a

Hi all,

 

somehow my Officejet Pro 8600 does not work only longer. I already tried disconnected it, waited a few seconds and reconnected it but i'm still not able to get the printer working.

 

The power button is on (green light) but does not react at all. Also the display and buttons are dark.

 

Any idea?

If you have tried the steps from this document - Printer Does Not Turn On, and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
