Hp Officejet Pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

First, here is the story, it's been a while, like a long while, since I last used my Hp Officejet Pro 8610 and it's just because I had no use for until now again. It's been in storage, but it's in pretty much pristine condition, like I only used it for about 3 months before I put it away. So I pulled it out and re-hooked it up. Now it gives me errors as will be mentioned below.

So my Hp Officejet Pro 8610 is giving me the famous missing printhead or printhead error. What can I do?

I have already tried resetting the printer via unplugging the back and then the outlet 3x times.

Nothing.

Then I tried to readjust the print head via opening cover, unplug from back, then readjusting, plug back in. And, 6x times.

Nothing.

I tried to clean the print head by taking it apart and following those cleaning videos.

Nothing.

What other options have I not done yet?

Just about to trash this.
