Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet Pro 8620 black had lines. Cleaned printhead in warm water , new cartridges, error message: prob w printer or ink system. Turn off/on. If prob persists contact HP.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridge is faulty or the printer. 

 

Try updating the firmware and see if that helps. Click here
