HP Officejet Pro X576dw Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

0xc7140024 is related to print bar failure and the printer needs service or exchange.

I cannot seem to figure out what replacement part, if any would correct this issue.

Replaced the duplex module already which was one of the suggestions. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05085459.pdf

Printer was working just fine and then error message:

" Printer Failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn product off, then on. 0xc7140024".

Have tried turning off and then on via power button and also by unplugging and re-plugging.  Neither works.

If the print bar has failed this unit is not worth repairing. The part is over $1500.00.
