Hi @ALAIN-LAB,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see you need help with the printer pin. Have you tried a default password of 12345678.
Find and enter the WPS PIN to complete printer setup. You have a short time (90 seconds for most models) to enter the PIN before it expires.

How to Find the WPS PIN to Complete Printer Setup
Learn how to find the WPS Pin to complete printer setup.
After the WPS PIN prompt displays on the computer, look for a PIN on the printer control panel or the information sheet that printed during setup.
Enter the PIN, and then click Next to finish the setup.
If the PIN does not work, do one of the following:
Use a different driver or method: Go to HP Software and Driver Downloads for more driver options, or use HP printer setup (Mac built-in driver).
Generate a new PIN: Restart your computer, and then go through the printer setup process again.
Install the HP Smart app: Go to 123.hp.com (Android, iOS, iPadOS), HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows, in English), or HP Smart - Mac App Store (macOS, in English) to download the app, and then follow the instructions to connect the printer.
To activate the web services: Confirm your printer supports Web Services
- Make sure your printer supports Web Services.
- Make sure your printer is connected to the internet. Web Services does not support printers connected with only a USB cable.
- Determine if your printer automatically enables Web Services during printer setup.
- For printer released before 2020, continue with these steps.
- For HP+ printers and printers released after 2020, Web Services is automatically enabled during printer setup after enabling cloud printing services, such as Print Anywhere or Instant Ink. Restore factory defaults on your HP printer to help resolve any setup issues, and then go to 123.hp.com to set up your printer with the HP Smart app.
- On the printer or control panel, look for an ePrint
or Web Services
icon. For printers with a touchscreen, touch Setup (
or
), and then look for a Web Services menu.
- If the icon or menu is available, continue with these steps.
- If the icon or menu is missing, the printer might not support Web Services. Go to Mobile printing solutions to see if your printer supports HP ePrint or Print Anywhere, indicating it supports Web Services.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
