HP PageWide 377dw MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have had this HP PageWide 377dw MFP for a couple of years now and just recently I realized that black ink are getting vertical streaks in them. Attached to this post is a print quality report, where in the Black area towards the right near marker "3" you can see the 2 vertical lines I'm experiencing.

I've tried cleaning level 1 and 2, aligning the print head, and calibrating color density two times now. I am unsure how to go about troubleshooting any further.

And unfortunately, I have tried running other jobs and have gotten the same issue. I'm trying to print these 4x6 cards I'd like to hand out at a local farmer's market...ironically to advertise printing...but any red text or red shapes/objects get streaks in them, and it looks very unprofessional.

If there is any way to salvage this printer, I must know. Please help me however you can. I don't want to just trash this machine when I've put literally thousands of dollars in it between purchasing it and buying ink for it.

Thank you in advance for any support!
