HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

IMG_4901.jpg

When I print more than a couple of pages of .pdf from my Mac to my HP PageWide 477 MFP the printer crashes, the print stops, the door remains open and the screen goes to a frozen 'broken' screen. Happens across 2x Apple Mac laptops (Pro and Air) all running latest software, with either AirPrint or HP printer driver (10.4). Network is Unifi running UDM Pro and printer is hard wired into ethernet. Picture of the crashed

Is the firmware on the device? You mention software is but do not mention the firmware on the printer.

The firmware on the printer is up to date, as shown when I use a browser to go into the HP admin site. Is that what you are asking?
