Error Code: 0xc6fd0213 (Printing Functionality is disabled. Please contact HP).
We have replaced ink cartridges and no damage is found to the ports.

Please provide the next steps to troubleshoot or repair options.
Thanks,

Welcome to HP Support Community, @MandaER
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
1. Reset the Printer
Make sure the printer is powered on.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet (avoid power strips).
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on.
2. Check the Ink Cartridges and Printhead
Open the cartridge access door.
Confirm all cartridges are installed correctly.
Remove and reinsert each cartridge to ensure a proper connection.
Verify that all cartridges are genuine HP products.
Ensure the printhead cleaner (if applicable) is seated correctly.
3. Inspect Cartridge & Printhead Components
Remove the printhead (if your model allows).
Check for:
Visible damage
Ink leaks
Bent or broken electrical contacts
Clean the contacts using a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water.
Let everything dry completely before reinstalling.
4. Update the Printer Firmware
Visit the official HP support website.
Search for your specific printer model.
Download and install the latest firmware update.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
5. Service the Printer
If none of the above steps resolve the error:
Internal hardware (e.g., printhead assembly, ink system, or system board) may be failing.
Contact HP Support or take the printer to an authorized service center for further diagnosis.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
