Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I cannot print or make copies in black ink. I've tried the advice I found from back on 1.8.2019 from an HP Support Agent from someone with the exact problem I am having, but none of it worked. Please help! Thank you! ~ MareCK

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
