I recently updated my wifi network connecting a Netgear Orbi to my Verizon router.  The HP Photosmart 7520 is connected to the Wifi Network but my HP PC desktop will not print.  With troubleshooting, I have received multiple errors including:

- Printer is offline

- Print request gets held up in queue with error.

- also getting scan no longer activated pop up messages

 

I've done the unplugging of printer, router and PC

I've done printer troubleshooting, it says it resolves the issue is resolved but still does not work

In Wifi networks, it says both Network names for Netgear and Orbi.... is that a conflict?

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
