HP Premium Plus photo paper jams in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer. How do I prevent the jam

Welcome to the HP English Community --

Check the package in which you purchased the paper --

If the paper weight exceeds the weight supported by the printer, use different paper.

(See Media Specifications later in this message)

Most printers, even older ones, might accept and do well with (for example),

HP Advanced Photo paper at 250 gsm.

If the paper weight does not exceed the maximum supported,

If the printer is still in excellent condition,

Clean the printer to provide it a chance to work as hoped.

If the printer is no longer able to use the maximum weight supported in the specifications,

Consider using a lighter weight paper.
