Product: Photosmart 7525

HP printer suddenly won't print everything on a page; e.g, it won't print text inside in a box, just the outline of the box.  I have changed cartridges, done cleaning and aligning, modified my firewall, turned on and off the printer.  The problem is occurring whether the job is asked for from a PC or Mac.  There have been no recent updates on any computer.  When I ask for something to be printed directly from the printer, it prints text without any issue.
