Hello, the printer is getting blue screen with error code B836079A. The error seems to be triggered as soon as the network connection (tried both WiFi or Ethernet) is established. I have tried the following but none of them works

1. Restarting

2. Unplugging for few minutes and restarting

3. Reset the network configuration

4. Restore to factory defaults

5. Use static IP instead of DHCP

 

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to fix the issue. Thank you.

I'd like to help!

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
