HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

Greetings.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

My printer has been working fine, but after I changed an ink cartridge (HP cartridge), I got this error message:  "There is a problem with your printer or your ink system.  Contact HP.

It said to unplug the printer and plug it back in.  I did this but the same message appears.

Thank you.

Chuck

I appreciate the link I was provided in order to resolve the situation where my printer gives the error message:  "There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Contact HP."

I unplugged and plugged back in the printer.  Same error message.

I confirmed I am using the correct ink cartridges.

I brushed off the copper contact point.

It looks like nothing is resolving the issue and that I am facing buying a new printer, which is a shame as the HP Pro 8600 printer has been so dependable and reliable.

Thank you for working with me to resolve the issue.
