I recently downloaded the updates for my printer.  Following this, my printer puts sets of broken lines across the page, and double image on the words.  I would like to uninstall that update.  My printer is old and I think it could not handle this new update.

Follow the steps to isolate and resolve the issue-

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. Touch the ATM button () next to the Setup icon () in the lower-left corner of the control panel.

  3. Touch the right arrow button () to select Tools, and then touch OK.

  4. Touch the right arrow button () to select Print Quality Report, and then touch OK. The printer prints the report.

If the quality is not acceptable, follow the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Photosmart e-All-in-One (D110a and D110b) Printer Series to isolate and resolve the issue.
