Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw

HP Pro Laserjet M434dcw was giving a paper jam error in tray 2. No jam present, starting using tray 2, Now it wont print, giving error 38537A, II have reset printer, linked back to wifi, updated computer, same issue. Changed printing programs from word to Google docs still nothing. Pleas help. i have a speaking engagement tomorrow an I need to print
