My app on my computer does not connect with the printer. This has happened since yesterday and I need to print and send a postage label.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared my cache and wiped all my previous cookies.
I cannot use my mobile app for this job as the printer does not print within the lines of the postage label when i do this.
What do i do next?
Please try not to suggest something i have already stated above; it just wastes everyones time.
When i open the app, it takes me to my browser to log in, which is fine, if not annoying, then the app "hangs". It does not show me any of my ink levels nor allow me to print any documents.
Is there a way to use this without the need to go through the app or is the fact that I have an Instant Ink subscription rendered my printer and this app useless?

Hi @ResNomad,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with connecting your HP DeskJet 2722e All-In-One Printer to your wi-fi network after changing the network.
Please follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect it to the network.
Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel together for three seconds
Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to the network:
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.

Thank you so much for the speedy reply.
a 2 week turnaround, you are really pushing the boat out.
The instructions that you gave did nothing except render my printer offline.
Do you have anyone there that can advise on anything other than a stock answer? This is a common problem judging by the forums but HP simply do not seem to have the wherewithal to handle such an enquiry.
Is it possible you could ask someone with a degree of qualification to assist?
I do not expect to be having to crack the enigma code each time i wish to print something quickly.
