How do I turn off gray scale in my Hp smart mobile App? I’ve tried everything and there doesn’t seem to be an option and all my pictures print in grayscale. Both cartridges are full. I’ve tried every setting on the app to no avail. I’m so frustrated. It seems the option to turn it off  is all the sudden gone now. Does anyone know?

Try the following steps:

1) Open a photo to print, select print using HP Smart.

2) At the bottom, tap on the paper type/size below the printer name.

3) Now select Color/Quality > Color options

4) Select your preferred choice.

Try printing and let me know the outcome.

Mine does not have an option to change the color as I said before. I’ve went through every setting when you go to print a photo and it’s just not there.

It looks like you were interacting with @TEJ1602, but she is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out. 

I believe the Color options are located under Color&Quality. Touch the Color&Quality option then select Color Options and select Color.

Those are the only options it gives me no color change options

That's unfortunate, let's try removing and re-installing HP Smart. Here is how to do it:

1.) Remove HP Smart on you iPhone.

2.) Use the steps available here to update iOS.

3.) Restart printer and iPhone.

4.) Download and install HP Smart App from here.
