Hi,

 

I am having an issue in the HP Smart app for my Deskjet 2620 after refilling my black printer cartridge. The cartridge was originally genuine and worked with refills before. But now it is giving me this error in the app that won't go away regardless of whether I click Yes or No - nothing happens if I click either button:

Can anyone give any suggestions for a fix, thanks

You can't refill single ink cartridge numerous times, there is a limit. Every time you remove and reinstall ink cartridge for a refill the printer knows it, the printer reads data from the ink cartridge.
