HP Smart app cannot view and print t word or excel

I am unable to view word documents from my HP Smart App or print from the word document

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APP and drivers....no success

Have followed several posts...below did not work

Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings. 

To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK.  

if you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.

HP Smart does not print Word or Excel.  This is normal and expected behavior.

The application handles PDF and Image scanning and printing.

Edits - Add "Driver" information at the end of the message

Download and save:

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software

• Open File Explorer
• Navigate to the folder in which you saved the installation file  (likely Downloads)
• Right-Click on the installation package and “Run as Administrator”
• NOTE:  When asked / available >> Select to install the Full Driver
• After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in
