My HP Spectre x360 13.5 was sending and printing documents to my new OfficeJet 9730e without issue, and I was very pleased, until... the printer had a firmware update. It no longer prints; however, both my wife and son (with different brand laptops) have no issue printing.  I have had no updates to Spectre and checking today - there are no new updates to install.

I have been on the phone with tech support, but it did not resolve the issue.  I have downloaded the most recent drivers for the printer, installed them, reinstalled them, restarted the Spectre, and performed a hard restart.  The printer is current with the latest firmware - I have also performed a hard restart on the printer.  

What else could be preventing the Spectre from printing?
