HP Tango Setup Cartridge Error

I have an HP Tango and don't have setup cartridges (it was a used purchase). I bought brand new HP ink to use, but am getting an "use setup cartridge" error and can't use my printer. Will someone please help me bypass the error so that I can finish setting up the printer? Thanks in advance!

There is no options to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges on this model printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer or check with the store you bought the printer from.
