Hi

My printer will not print straight (it prints slightly diagonal) and YES I HAVE ALIGNED IT. SIX TIMES infact.

I have been through all the fixes, I have been through all the forum pages I can find. Yes I have checked for any stuck paper, no there isn't any.

I have wasted 50+ pages of my instant ink just trying to fix this and yet support via whatsapp and facebook CONTINUOUSLY asks me to do more things that I have already done. My fixes do not work, my printer clearly has a problem and is only a month old.

It is in warranty and i'm entitled to a replacement, can someone just please help me get that? I need this for work and I've been trying to fix it for days now, I've had enough!!! I can't keep doing this and wasting all my pages in the process.

I will not try more fixes, I have done it all. I just want a replacement.

For anyone reading this with similar issues - they replaced my printer after arguing for days via Whatsapp support.
