Hi all,

 

 I've set an admin password for EWS for my Deskjet 3639 printer, however I can't remember it. I've tried all kind of resets found online and on hp site ( factory reset / network reset etc) , but none of them seem to clear that password. 

  Based on the links that I've found, there is a solution but that is only given in private . Can anyone please provide me that solution ?

I try, but the only proposal that gave me it's to pay to call your support. I saw a lot of posts where some people, including HP employees, that send PM to fix this issue. I don't understand why this solution has to be sent in PM?
