HP DeskJet 4130 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new HP DeskJet 4130 printer 3 weeks ago and it didn't work and didn't print the alignment page at the start. when I try to print it says paper size mismatch despite feeding it with  different A4 papers and ensuring the matching size in the software print settings. I tried all the solutions with the virtual agent and it didn't help so she directed me to this page. 

NB: the printer is visible and stated as ready in the HP smart App and connected to a Wi Fi.

Hi @Reem6,

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document  'Paper Mismatch' Error (Windows) and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
