After a firmware update, I cannot use my printer.  I am getting an error message "Supply Memory Error".  I tried resetting to factory defaults, so I could try the update again, now cannot setup my printer.

Did you perform an NVRAM reset on the printer?

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have the same problem.  After the latest firmware update I cannot print as the message "Supply problem" is on.  Just to force me to buy HP toner, my printer is now worthless.  I want to go back to the previous status before the latest firmware update.  How do I accomplish this?

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

We have three of them in our office and now all three are disabled because of the firmware update.  I'm not sure who in the upper echelons of HP makes such decisions to ensure life is so much more difficult and expensive for your consumers, but if that person worked for me, he/she would be fired immediately.  If we are forced to buy HP toner, the cost alone is more than the printers are worth.  If this cannot be resolved, we will never buy another HP product again, including the several laptops we just budgeted for and three plotters.
