HP Recommended

I canceled my ink program.  Minutes later HP virtually swooped into my home and broke my printer.  I signed back up for ink program. Moments later HP virtually swooped back into my home and reinstated my "working" printer.  But now nothing....and I mean nothing works.  It will not print.  It will not show print status.  The HP Smart app is very unsmart.  It made my computer bug out and make me restart everything in the middle of my work.  The HP Envy 6000 printer now won't power off.  It will not do a factory reset.  I have removed it's power plug from the wall.  I am moments away from having an office space moment.  Cue "The Resurrection"
