Hi @Scarlett15,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP Envy 6000e showing an E0 error code, even after clearing a paper jam, indicates that the printer still believes there is a problem with the paper path or a similar issue. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve this error:

Turn Off and Restart: First, turn off your printer, wait about 60 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help reset the printer's internal sensors and might clear the error.

Check for Remaining Paper Pieces: Sometimes small pieces of paper can get left behind after a jam. Open all doors and access areas of the printer to look for any remnants of paper or debris. Use a flashlight to help spot hard-to-see pieces.

Inspect and Clean Rollers: Look at the rollers inside the printer for any signs of wear, damage, or accumulated ink and debris. Gently clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with water. Rotate the rollers to clean them entirely, but be careful not to apply too much force that could cause damage.

Reset the Printer: If the issue persists, you can try a more extensive reset. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer, wait 1-2 minutes, then reconnect it. Wait for the printer to turn on automatically or turn it on manually. This can help clear errors that persist through normal restarts.

Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. HP frequently releases updates to improve performance and fix bugs. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the printer's embedded web server (EWS).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
