HP Recommended

Spent an hour trying to find a human to talk to about my Envy 6055 printer and still no success. Is there a phone number I can call? My printer never works correctly, then at times it randomly prints out something useable. 
can anyone recommend a printer that actually works when it is only used a couple times a month? 
And HP support is non existent.
