I understand how frustrating it must be to encounter the "Rendering Failed" error on your HP Envy 6132e, especially with the latest drivers installed. 

Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.

 

1. Restart Printer & Network

  • Power off your printer, router, and computer.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn on the router first.
  • Once the router is fully online, turn on the printer and computer.

2. Reset Printer Settings

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to SetupPrinter MaintenanceRestore Defaults.
  • Confirm to reset the printer to its factory settings.

3. Update Printer Firmware

  • Visit the HP Support page for your HP Envy 6132e.
  • Download and install the latest firmware update.

4. Check Print Spooler Service

  • Open Run (Windows + R) and type:services.msc
  • Find Print Spooler, right-click, and select Restart.

5. Try a Different Print Format

  • If printing a PDF, try converting it to JPEG or DOCX before printing.
