HP envy 64 only bw printing

It originally printed in color. I must have changed a setting. It only prints bw. I reset it to factory, still only prints bw. Could it have something to do with the copy color and copy bw buttons?

Yes I can copy in black. My printer is an HP Envoy Pro 6452
