I purchased the HP ENVY Pro 6455 used , and it's reset. I can't bypass the setup cartridges. How to I bypass?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

Hi

I don't have a Home Button or a Back Button ( I do have Cancel, Information, Resume, Power and Wireless Setup buttons) But, no Home or Back buttons?! This printer is the HP Envy Pro 6455' model.  Also there is no Control Panel windows as this model does not have an LCD display? Are you talking about using the Windows software to do this? I still need some help thank you.

Hello Echo,

 

Well, I tried this several times, and it's not working...

After I do this procedure, the printer still goes back to flashing E 0 and a blinking I(nfo) light.

Is it possible there's another solution?

Is it possible the ink cartridges are locked out or they have been reset?

Thank your for your support! But, still not working... If you can think of any other metho to reset this, or send me a set of 67/305 cartridges???
