Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

Printer is full of paper and has printed but itself on alignments but refuses to print through the app.

 

I’ve tried cleaning it, messing with the paper sizing, turning it off and on, even deleting and redownloading the app yet it still won’t print!!

It seems to operate fine when printing allignments, but as soon as i try to print from the app it’s out of paper! I have some things i really need to print so i asked here in hopes someone else had the same problem.
