I have a new printer, only printed test sheets so far, I received my new ink a few days ago, and went to put it in, and am getting the error message OXB8536740. I can do nothing with it at all. It won't connect to the software, and I can't even change the black ink as it won't move to allow me to do so. Very frustrating as I need to print stuff out urgently for my business

The video link on my previous post was to check any obstructions in the carriage path as you weren't able to replace the black ink cartridge.
If the issue still persists, I am afraid it could be a hardware issue. You can try our other support options.

Thank you, I appreciate your response.
It isn't a jammed paper issue. I don't know what the issue is. The printer won't switch off unless I turn it off at the mains. Turning it off doesn't alter anything, the error code OXB8536740 is still showing.
