HP envy

I bought new cartridge due to yellow running out in old one. Now the cyan is not printing with this cartridge. It prints with old cartridge but is n early out of ink. 

 

I have cleaned cartridge. I have cleaned inside printer. I have run all 3 levels of clean printer and printer alignment multiple times. Text will print in blue shades sometimes. Images print with no blue. no cyan shows up on any if the print quality reports after any of the cleaning. Any further suggestions before I have to waste money buying another new cartridge?
