HP has disabled my printer

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro was disabled about a week ago by HP.  The messages vary; one says that my ink cartridge is defective, the other says I need to update my credit card info with Instant Ink.

We just replaced the cartridges with Instant Ink ones; it hasn't worked since.

I now see that it says my warranty expired yesterday.

Can anyone tell me how to go about returning this printer?  I can't be down for a week because HP is having problems with my credit card.
