I have followed all the windows troubleshooting. HP troubleshooting no longer recognises the printer after the HP last update, I cannot add it as a new printer . When printing it wants to save not print. I've spent hours following all the troubleshooting advice. Before the HP update it was working fine. Yes I have gone back to original settings still no joy.
