HP officeJet Pro 6970 - J7K34A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a HP officeJet Pro 6970 and much like the last few HP printers I've had I've got a print head error (Error Code 0xc19a0014 ) that has appeared halfway through printing a document. It is less than 2yr old and this is my 3 or 4th HP printer and the majority have failed after around 2 years with a print head issue so I guess they tend not to last longer than this. I have consulted the HP guides which basically advise turning it off and on again and inspecting the print head and cartridges but neither of these actions helped the situation. From what I can see the cost of a new print head is as much as a new printer. I do like HP in a way and have 2 laptops, a printer, an instant ink account and have used HP for laptops and printers for years but the failure rate of the printers is frustrating.

Any advice anyone?
