If anyone can help me with this issue. I did not buy this new but have replaced the ink and the printhead. and still can not get it to work no this is the only thing the printer screen will show me. Will not allow me to go back or home nothing but this. I have unplugged and all that fun stuff but nothing. Any hlep would be greatly appreciated.
I can't find a email for HP help making me really makes me think about not buying HP anymore, this is my second printer and they are both HP but if you can't get help unless you are still in warranty that is not much customer service.
