This error message appeared on my HP 8600 printer after a violent storm that hit my area.
The storm burned the phone/modem filter that I have along the phone line; I replaced it but afterwards the phone worked properly again while the printer still showed that message.
I tried to turn it off, unplugged the power cord etc. but it does not disappear, nor can I do anything because nothing else appears on the display, the carriage does not move...
Can anyone help me with this problem?
Thank you!

@Andreas69, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

It seems like the print carriage is stuck. Perform the steps mentioned int his document - Paper Jam Error(includes carriage jam troubleshooting).

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
