I've followed all the steps including printhead clean, aligned printhead, hard reset, and cleaned printhead 3 times. I bought from Best Buy HP genuine black ink 546XL for $38 and it didn't print black so I thought maybe there is a problem with the ink cartridge then went ahead and bought from Target HP genuine black ink 546XL and still not printing! At this point I'm so tired and frustrated to fix this printer. I've printed so many reports that my new 546 yellow, pink and blue cartridges are about run out. Can someone please help me to fix this issue please
