HP Recommended

HP pagewide pro says IN USE, so I can’t print anything else.

I have tried 

1. Turning base, the printer off and on

2. Switching the wireless off and on

3. Clearing all print jobs and starting again

4. Downloading HP EASY START, which won't fully download due to an error at the’ HP improvement study”  page where they're trying to gather marketing information, but there is a box to fill which is unclear… what do I put in that box??

5. factory reset of printer

6. wifi reset and configuration in the home made simpler with wifi boosters….

 

I believe there is some sort of printout / document waiting to process in the printer’s memory.. but that is my guess.. I am no computer or texchnical person. I’m just trying to print some stuff!!

 

o do I clear the printer jobs completely in order to print another??

 

PS I can occasinally print a one off document so I know this is to do with the complex mind of something  glitching
