Hey all, found a cool trick for most any printer issues you may be experiencing. Unplug your printer from the wall and remove the cord from the back of the printer. Then, raise the printer above your head and smash it against the ground as hard as you can. From here you should be able to pick up the fragmentations and throw them away. Hope this helps. **bleep** you.
