Hi @Derkegler,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the paper tray and check for any paper jams.
  • Remove any stuck paper.
  • Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray.

Inspect Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the print cartridge access door.
  • Check that the ink cartridges are properly installed.
  • Remove and reinstall the cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.
  • If you see any error indication related to ink cartridges, consider replacing them.

Clean Printer Components:

  • Clean the printer glass, white strip, and printer exterior to ensure there are no debris affecting operation.
  • Follow the cleaning instructions provided in the section for maintaining your HP OfficeJet.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure all cables and connections to the printer, including USB and power cables, are secure and properly connected.
  • Verify that there are no breaks or damages to the cables.

I hope this helps.
