Dear HP community

I am struggling with my new HP printer, to print pdf without error each time. Please help,

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all software, I have downloaded HP smart app and Print and Scan Doctor. The scanning is not working at all, and the pri ter only pri ts one page if even and then goes into error state. If is super frustrating as I have a large load to print per day and I'm falling behind. My laptop is an HP, when using my husband's laptop Acer make, then it also prints and does get errors but only after a few cycles of printing, what can be the problem and does anyone have a salution? Thanks
