Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620

My Officejet Pro 8620 is offline and I tried for hours yesterday to get this fixed to no avail.  So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck.  I have run all the "help" things I could find but without any success.  When I try to add a new printer, it does not show up.  Any suggestions this "low tech" person?
