HP printer top feeder not working: I have completed all suggestions.

HP Recommended
Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP all in one printer, document feeder not working properly. Had a paper jam and now rollers are making a very loud clicking noise. It starts to pull paper and then stops and cancels copy or scan process. I have multiple pages to send or copy and I can't do this one at a time with the glass process. I have cleaned rollers and made sure that everything is working properly, but I need to know exactly what position one of the moveable rollers is supposed to be in and which way it should be going. If someone could send me a pic it would be deeply appreciated.

Thank you,

Anne Polston
