Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

When connected to pc, the printer is defined as "HP rbx-load". Is it possible to reset? If yes, please send instructions on how to reset the printer.The firmware updater doesn't work.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are looking to reset the HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer. To reset the Printer follow the steps.

 

  • Turn off printer by pressing power/ready button (button 3 in picture below).
  • While printer is off, press and hold the resume/cancel button (button 4 in picture below).
  • While holding the resume/cancel button, press the power/ready button to turn the printer on.
  • Continue holding the resume/cancel button for 20 seconds.
